BoardFlow provides a web application and Chrome extension for recording browser workflows and generating process documentation. You may use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Organization owners are responsible for the actions of all members in their organization on the platform.
3. Data and Privacy
Your recordings and documentation data are stored on our servers and accessible only to you and your organization members. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using BoardFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content to your authorized users.
5. Beta Service
BoardFlow is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may change significantly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
